A Night in the Life...Thursday, Oct. 25

Last night all of the Smith's were at home, including our adopted brother, Beau (his mom was out of town). Here are some photos of what we were up to.

Melissa was cleaning her room...finally catching up on laundry : )

Josiah and Beau were playing Call of Duty. They brought Beau's computer over and set it up in the dining room so they could both play at the same time! It was hilarious to listen to them talk as they went to battle... "Get out of there!" "I'm behind the rock." What a team!

Mom and Dad retired fairly early...

...and me...Consequence of procrastination...enough said.

I miss you all so much it hurts! I wish I was there to be a part of your lives before you all go off and get married like... Jordan did! Where have the years gone? I love you all so much and long for the days to worship together. Aunt Jen and Uncle Joe, seeing that picture made me want to grab a blanket and curl up on the floor next to your bed..like the old days... minus a good SUCK of the thumb. Missing you always!

Jess,
Now I'm crying...remember when U. Joe and I first got married and you would come visit? I think you would actually get in the bed with us and have a good thumb suck! I treasure the memories with you sweetheart (drive-in-movie..muppets take manhattan..Dick Tracey.."The gripper"..."It Must Have Been Love But It's Over Now"...on and on I could go from the early years..not to mention the wonderful, fruitful years here in VA with you..You are loved Jessica, hang in there and remember your greatest joy comes now as you lay your life down for your hubby and kids. Talk to you soon.

I treasure all the day's i had in the Smith household, and feel honored to have had that oppt.
If anyone ever wants to go into a home where there is Godly leadership (Mom, and Dad)& Kids, then step into the Smith Home!!!!
On a flip side, no one puts on a good time like the SMITHS!!!!!!
Your house ROCKS!!!!!
Sorry to all those that have not had the chance, and i know the one's that have, to many to count, would agree with all i've stated!
You all made me feel as part of the Family, and never gave me a feeling of imposing!
I loved all your Godly chat's with me, and i also loved all the Coffee run's coffee break's,running kids to games of course you paying for me, and getting me treats, running kids to Drivers training (Mel and Elmer)alway's with a couple extras, and then you and i scooting to get the 100th cup of De-caf for the Day...
I must confess, i think i found ever hidin spot for your little treats, but i knew you would'nt mind!
I think one best mem, Love tomatoes, lovem, lovem, lovem!!!!!
I don't think Joe will ever live that down!
I must say, we made the best Eagle-watcher's ever, and loved to chase ambulances, well i did, like i was going to be able to do something!
The Marelboro coat prank was a good one too!! Thanks Ray!
Well again Jen i can't tell you how much that meant to me, and Dave smiled from Ear to Ear seeing the Hello and Love to Dave on the Back!
Christmas, will not work for me, as this job is very busy at that time but something will come up, and we can maybe stay at the same place, or me at your's...
I love you Jen, and please pray for Theresa!
